“She Said, He Said” Wine Experience @ Casa Mariano
Sommeliers Victor Tapia (of Casa Mariano) and Carolina Cruz (of Vinya Wine) face-off and go head-to-head in all things Spain! In a round of 4 flights and 8 wines, you’ll sip, vote, and decide who showcased the best Spanish wines. This is an educational-forward and interactive tasting for any Spanish wine lover or curious drinker. So, get ready to vote, and crown the winner of the first ever “She Said, He Said” wine battle!

The French Connection Wine Dinner @ Fiola
Wine and dine with the crème de la crème of the great wine regions of France. Fiola Miami continues its popular wine dinner series with a sojourn through some of the world’s most celebrated vineyards. In honor of Bastille Day just a few days prior, Head Sommelier Daniel Bishop will pour sophisticated selections from Champagne, Burgundy, & Bordeaux to be paired with a five-course Francophile-inspired menu featuring dishes that will equally tempt and transport guests to the French countryside. $345 per person. The Prisoner Wine Company Dinner @ The Biltmore Hotel
The Prisoner Wine Company is located on the legendary Highway 29 in Napa Valley. Their director of winemaking Chrissy Wittmann works with over 100 growers in northern California to bring together exceptional fruit to produce a family of very intriguing wines. Their first wine released 20 years ago permanently changed the perception of what a red blend could be. The dinner takes place at Fontanat at the Biltmore. Cost: $95 per person, $75 for members. BEAUJOLAIS FEAST @ Vinya Table in Coral Gables
