In photos: Celebrating South American wine in Miami

South America is producing an incredibly diverse – and exciting – range of wines. Earlier this month, Wine Guide Miami was excited to celebrate wines from the continent with Amanda Barnes, the award-winning author of The South America Wine Guide.

On the evening of November 10th, 60+ wine lovers joined us at Ruka Winewood, a fun Wynwood wine bar, for an evening of delicious wine, asado by the Yakitori Boyz, and an awesome vinyl DJ set by Cathode Bias.

Photographer Alejandro Berro expertly captured the evening, and we’re pleased to share a selection of his work below. You can also find a reel of the evening on the WGM Instagram page. Thank you Bruno Savoca for putting this together! A selection of the wines that we tasted, along with details on where you can find them in South Florida, is at the bottom of this page.

Thank you to everyone that joined us for the educational and fun evening of enjoying the best of South America! To be the first to hear about other exciting events like this, join the WGM newsletter!
