Hidden gems of Northern Italy, presented by Wine Guide Miami’s Sarah Phillips
In the food and wine world, Piedmont is famous for two delicious things: Barolo and truffles. But beyond that are a host of other exciting varieties and styles – not surprising, given the talent in the region. In this informal masterclass, wine specialist Sarah Phillips will guide you through six exciting Piedmont wines, including a rare variety that nearly went extinct, and an exciting new style created by one of the region’s young rising stars.

Miami Beach Chefs Join Forces for a Cultured Collab & Wine Pairing
Executive Chef Pawan Pinisetti welcomes his friends from fellow surrounding Miami Beach restaurants for this special edition dinner. Chef/Co-Founder, Sebastian Labno of the intimate Japanese sushi den, Nossa Omakase, and Chef de Cuisine, Timo Steubing of French and Asian-inspired dining destination, Tambourine Room will be cooking alongside Chef Pawan for an unforgettable fusion of flavors.
