There are a LOT of myths surrounding natural wine. In this tasting with wine specialist Sarah Phillips, we’ll bust them.
We’ll explore what makes a wine ‘natural’ (which may produce more questions than answers)… versus organic, biodynamic, sustainable… and how much it matters.
Our six wines will be a mix of ‘natural’ and not so that we can draw comparisions about style and winemaking.
