Portugal is one of the most dynamic and diverse wine producing countries in the world.
It might be small – around the size of the state of Indiana – but Portugal offers a broad range of wine styles: vibrant sparkling wines, world-famous Port, refreshing whites, and full-bodied reds.
On top of that, Portugal is home to around 250 of its very own indigenous grape varieties. Many of them are not found anywhere else in the world.
Taste Portuguese Wine in Miami
On Thursday, November 3rd, Wines of Portugal will be at Miami Ironside for a walkaround wine tasting featuring 15 different exciting producers from Portugal.
Each producer will bring several different wines, giving you the chance to explore the diversity of wines that Portugal has to offer.
And in true Miami style, it will be paired with live entertainment and Portuguese inspired hors d’oeuvres.
VIP passes
A limited number of VIP passes are also available. These give you access to an exclusive guided tasting led by Wines of Portugal US Ambassador, Eugénio Jardim, and the brilliant Ray Sholes, Head Sommelier at Michael’s Genuine.
Benefiting PACE Center for Girls – Miami
100% of ticket sales will support local Miami charity, PACE Center for Girls – Miami. PACE provides girls and young women an opportunity for a better future through education, counseling, training, and advocacy.
